Are these packs approved for festival security lines?
Yep! The Lunchbox Hydration Pack is the official anti-theft pack partner of Insomniac Events and is compliant with their bag policy. It's also designed to meet standard hydration pack size requirements at most major US festivals. When in doubt, check your event's bag policy — our pack dimensions are 16" H x 10" W x 5" D.
What am I getting with my pack?
Every pack ships with: (1) Lunchbox Hydration Pack, (1) insulated hose and bite valve, (1) 2L screw cap hydration bladder, and (1) black matte logo skin. Skins, lightshow wires, and accessories are sold separately.
When will my order arrive?
Processing is 1-2 business days depending on current order volume. From there, ground shipping is 4-7 business days, Express is 2-4 business days, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are anywhere from 7-14 business days.
What's your return policy?
