The Lunchbox Dream Festival Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lunchbox Inc., 240 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11249, USA (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where otherwise prohibited by law.
Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 22, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
After first making a purchase on www.lunchboxpacks.com or signing up on the ViralSweeps landing page, eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through any of the following methods:
Participants will receive ten (10) entries for every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases made at www.lunchboxpacks.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Taxes, shipping, and discounts are excluded from entry calculation.
There is no limit on the number of entries that may be earned through purchase. Purchases must be made during the Sweepstakes Period to qualify.
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase “Lunchbox Dream Festival Sweepstakes Entry” on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail it to:

Each properly submitted postcard will be worth ten (10) entries. Unlimited mail-in entries are permitted; however, each entry must be submitted in a separate envelope and comply with all requirements stated herein.
Postcards must be postmarked by August 22, 2025 and received by August 26, 2025 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be void.
Each of the following actions counts once per person:

Refer a friend who completes a purchase or a valid entry on Viralsweep - 5 entries per actioned referral (limited to 50 entries total gained this way)
Any attempt to gain entries through the use of automated or scripted means, or through fraudulent referral activity, will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Total ARV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes: $4,975 USD
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or component thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person.
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package for themselves and up to three (3) guests:
Four (4) general admission tickets to a U.S. music festival of the winner’s choosing (up to $275 per ticket; total value not to exceed $1,100).
Roundtrip economy airfare for four (4) individuals to attend the selected festival (total value not to exceed $1,200)
Hotel accommodations for four (4) individuals for up to three (3) nights during the duration of the festival (total value not to exceed $1,500)
All travel and accommodations must be booked and used in conjunction with the chosen festival. The selected festival must take place within the contiguous United States prior to December 31, 2025.
The winner must confirm their selected festival with Sponsor within seven (7) days of accepting the prize. All four (4) festival tickets must be for the same event.
In the event the selected festival is canceled or otherwise becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative festival of equal value, or provide a prize of equivalent approximate retail value at its sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,800 USD.
The following digital store credit prizes (“Lunch Money”) will be awarded to forty-eight (48) winners:
3 winners will receive $100 Lunch Money
5 winners will receive $50 Lunch Money
15 winners will receive $25 Lunch Money
25 winners will receive $10 Lunch Money
Lunch Money prizes will be issued in digital form and are redeemable exclusively at www.lunchboxpacks.com. Lunch Money is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward shipping or taxes. Limit one (1) Lunch Money prize per person.
Total ARV of all Lunch Money prizes: $1,175 USD.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 27, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) prize per person. If an entrant is randomly selected for more than one prize, only the highest-value prize will be awarded, and any lower-tier prize will be re-drawn and awarded to another eligible entrant.
The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or direct message using the contact information provided at the time of entry. The selected winner will have seventy-two (72) hours from the time of notification to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize. To claim the Grand Prize, the selected winner must:
Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity and Liability Release (except where prohibited by law);
Provide proof of identity and eligibility in a form acceptable to Sponsor;
Comply with all other requirements as outlined in these Official Rules.
If the Grand Prize winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Lunch Money prize winners will be notified by email and awarded automatically. No affirmative action or response will be required to accept these prizes unless issues arise with delivery or eligibility verification.
The Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the total approximate retail value of the prize and is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor will not withhold any taxes on behalf of the winner.
All other prize recipients are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes as required by law.
Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.
As a condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the winner must sign and return a separate Publicity and Liability Release, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or unintelligible entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Use of automated or third-party systems, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and may disqualify any entrant engaging in automated activity, referral loop schemes, or any behavior intended to artificially inflate entry counts.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Delaware.

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prizes. Participants will not be added to any marketing or promotional communications unless they explicitly opt in during the entry process.
Entry data may be collected and managed by a third-party platform (ViralSweep) for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, in accordance with their privacy policy.
