⭐ Become a Licensed Dreamer

One of the most coveted experiences in the Forest is earning your Dreamer's License at the Dream Emporium which is filled with unexpected rooms and experiences.

The challenge changes from year to year, but those who successfully complete it are rewarded with an official Dreamer's Card. The best part? Many attendees bring their card back year after year as part of an ongoing Forest tradition.

🔍 Complete the Electric Forest Scavenger Hunt

The official scavenger hunt sends you across the Forest solving clues, discovering hidden locations, and exploring corners of the festival most attendees never see.

Complete the hunt and you'll likely earn a commemorative pin and access to a secret door that unlocks even more mystery! 

🎁 Stop by the Trading Post

Trading trinkets has become one of the defining Forest traditions. The Trading Post is filled with all sorts of treasures & tchotchkes that you can barter with the staff on. The value isn't in the object itself—it's in the connection.

🗝️ Find a Golden Key

Throughout the weekend, Forest staff occasionally hand out oversized wooden keys.

If you're lucky enough to receive one, don't lose it. Each day, key numbers are announced and winning keys can be redeemed for special prizes. Winners receive an exclusive silver key as a keepsake.

Many attendees spend the entire weekend hoping to be chosen.

🧚 Open Every Fairy Door

Hidden throughout Sherwood Forest are tiny fairy doors and miniature fairy homes waiting to be discovered. Some are tucked into trees. Others seem impossible to find unless you're paying attention.

Make it your mission to locate as many as possible while exploring.

🎨 Visit the Art Bar

Near the saloon you'll find one of the Forest's most creative spaces. The Art Bar is part crafting station, part interactive playground. Depending on the year, you may be able to:

• Make custom crafts

• Create keepsakes

• Participate in mini-games

• Collaborate on community art projects

It's the perfect reset between sets.

🎲 Gamble Everything at Frick Frack Black Jack

At Frick Frack, no money is allowed and the currency is weirdness.

Wager trinkets, treasures, bizarre collectibles, and random festival finds against the dealers. Whether you walk away richer or completely cleaned out, you'll leave with a story.

🔮 Receive a Forest Fortune

The fortune tellers offer one of the most unique interactive experiences in the Forest. Visitors are typically given a prompt and asked to write a response. In return, the fortune tellers read your fortune and provide a personalized experience that's equal parts whimsical, mysterious, and memorable.

🌳 Leave Something at the Giving Tree

The Giving Tree represents one of Electric Forest's core values: gifting without expectation. Leave something meaningful. Take something meaningful to you.

Whether it's a bracelet, a note, artwork, or a small treasure, every item contributes to the ongoing story of the Forest.

🎹 Play the Forest Piano

At some point during your wanderings you'll likely stumble across a piano tucked somewhere inside the Forest. Sit down. Play a song. Or simply listen to whoever is creating magic before you arrive.

The piano often becomes an unexpected gathering place for strangers.

🧠 Take a Class at The Brainery

Located on Main Street, The Brainery offers workshops, discussions, demonstrations, and educational experiences throughout the weekend. Learn something new.

🕯️ Visit the Luminaria

Among the excitement and celebration, Electric Forest also creates space for reflection. Luminarias represent spirits who we welcome to join us in The Forest. They are messages to the people with us in spirit, and the stories of where our journeys diverged in the form of LED candles and art. Found in the peaceful Spirit Center within the Forest, Luminarias light the night with the love and comfort of those unable to join us at Electric Forest. It's one of the most meaningful spaces in the Forest.
